Empowering Youth with Skills for Sustainable Development

The ADHI-Academy for Innovative and Sustainable Light Steel Frame Construction (AISLC) is a subsidiary of ADHI Africa Holding Ltd mandated to transfer to Rwandan people the Light Steel Frame (LSF) technology in construction.

AISLC is a pioneering technical and vocational education center established by ADHI Africa Holding in Rwanda. Located within the heart of the Bwiza Riverside Homes estate, the Academy is designed to equip African youth with practical, hands-on skills needed in today’s rapidly evolving construction and smart housing sectors.

Our training programs are aligned with Rwanda’s Vision 2050 and TVET policy priorities—focusing on sustainability, innovation, and inclusive growth. Through high-quality instruction, real-life project exposure, and industry-standard tools, we aim to bridge the gap between classroom learning and labor market needs.
